How we work

Measure, work, report — and repeat

An engagement is not a workshop or a deck that lands and sits on a shelf. It is a cycle of measurement, work, and honest reporting that compounds over time. Here is what it looks like.

  1. 01

    Audit

    Weeks 1–4

We measure where you appear — and where you do not — across the AI assistants and answer engines your buyers actually use. We benchmark against competitors, identify the structural and content reasons you are absent, and produce a prioritised roadmap. Nothing changes on your site until we both understand what is wrong.

  2. 02

    Optimise

    Ongoing

We close the gaps the audit found: information architecture, entity clarity, structured data, and the content that earns citation. Authority building — earned references in the places your category is genuinely discussed — runs in parallel, because it is the signal that moves visibility furthest and the one that takes longest to compound.

  3. 03

    Measure & report

    Monthly

Visibility inside AI answers is measurable, and we measure it the same way every cycle so you can see what moved and what did not. We report honestly: what worked, what did not, and what we are changing as a result. No vanity dashboards.

What an engagement looks like

Most engagements begin with the audit, because the audit tells us both what to do next. From there, the work that matters depends on what the audit finds — sometimes it is structural, sometimes it is content, sometimes it is authority, and sometimes it is paid placement on top of all three.

We report monthly, in plain language, against the same measurements every cycle. You will always know what moved, what did not, and what we are changing. If a month shows nothing worth reporting, we will say that too rather than invent a narrative.

Curious what an audit would find?

The audit is a fixed-fee, four-week piece of work. It is the lowest-risk way to find out whether any of this is relevant to you.
